1. Shoppers are eligible to receive a $3 parking coupon with a minimum nett spend of S$50 at Jem, on Mondays to Thursdays (excluding public holidays), within three (3) combined same-day receipts.

2. Receipts from FairPrice Xtra require double spending for redemption.

3. Public holidays refer to 25 December 2025, 1 January 2026 and 17 – 18 February 2026.

4. Redemption must be made on the same day as purchase at L3 Concierge Desk from 12.00pm – 9.00pm and is limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total amount spent on a first-come, first-served basis or while stocks last.

5. While parking coupon are issued at L3 Concierge Desk, Lendlease Plus Members are still required to clock their spends to earn Lendlease Plus$ based on their qualified transaction(s) by

   a. Presenting their Lendlease Plus Member QR code at Instant Earn participating stores during the point-of-sale to earn the Plus$ instantly. Instant Earn participating stores can be identified by the ‘Accepts Instant Plus$ Earning’ icon on the Lendlease Plus mobile app’s respective store pages; or 

   b. Uploading receipts via the Lendlease Plus mobile app. The E-Voucher will be credited to member’s in-app wallet upon approval of qualifying receipt(s) within one (1) working day.

6. The $3 parking coupon awarded are valid for use at Jem’s carpark within seven (7) days of issuance only, no extension will be entertained. Parking coupon cannot be exchanged for other denominations, cash or vouchers.

7. Lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or void parking coupons will not be replaced.

8. Only one (1) parking coupon can be utilised per exit. Existing Park Plus$ stored in the Lendlease Plus app wallet will not be available for use during current visit in conjunction with this parking coupon.

9. To utilise the parking coupon, shopper must

   a. Have their car parked in Jem’s carpark at time of redemption. 

   b. Remove cash card from the vehicle’s in-vehicle unit (IU) before reaching the exit gantry. Full parking amount will be deducted if the cash card is not removed upon reaching the exit gantry.

   c. Insert parking coupon into the ‘Scan Ticket’ slot of the exit gantry.

   d. Any excess parking charges after deduction of $3 parking discount are to be paid using cash card. Please reinsert cash card into the vehicle’s IU for payment. 

   e. Please ensure there is sufficient fund in the cash card before exiting.
