About Jem

Overview

Jem is the first lifestyle hub in Singapore’s west where mid to mid-plus shopping meets entertainment; functionality meets experience and where community culture meets city inspiration. Jem’s name is a wordplay reference of the mall as the crown jewel of Jurong and Singapore’s west.

Jem is Singapore’s third largest suburban mall housing 250 units over 580,000 square feet of retail space across six levels. Jem is directly connected to the Jurong East MRT interchange station and located at the junction of Jurong Gateway Road and Boon Lay Way.

Major retailers include IKEA Jurong, Fairprice Xtra, Cathay Cineplexes, Don Don Donki, H&M, Kopitiam Food Hall and UNIQLO.

Jem Park

Green spaces and rooftop gardens tiered across Levels 5 to 7. Jem Park is a cascading sky park concept that offers our shoppers a soothing environment to recharge as they spend their day with us. This space is designed as part of Jem’s 100% green replacement strategy, in which every green space occupied by the mall is returned back to the community in an alternate form.

Families with children can have a great time too at Jem Play, a honeycomb-themed playground located at Level 5. Kids can climb across an exciting canopy, crawl through safe and fun nests and hammocks, making their own little nest world as they revel in an imaginative adventure with dry and water play amidst open spaces!
